Refund policy
Damaged/Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact a customer service representative at webmaster@vetalo.us within 30 days of delivery. Provide the representative with the order number and item number from your original confirmation email. The representative will also need your email address and phone number. VETALO is committed to making every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any form of refund for orders that are seized, damaged, or destroyed by your country's customs unless the order is returned to our warehouse in good condition and suitable for resale. In this case, refunds will only apply to the cost of the item; shipping fees will not be reimbursed. Please note that if the cost to return a refused package to our warehouse exceeds the order value, we will instruct the courier to destroy the package, and we will be unable to issue any form of refund.
Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging (if possible), and include all documentation and accessories to ensure a full refund.

Please familiarize yourself with the import restrictions in your country/region before placing an order. We are not responsible for any delays, costs, fines, or penalties resulting from any illegal activities related to your order. The items sold on vetalo.com are for personal use only.
