Delivery Time:

Each local order includes standard shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 business days. After your product has shipped, we will email you tracking information. If you encounter any issues while tracking your order, please email webmaster@vetalo.us.

The exact shipping cost depends on the shipping destination and the weight of the purchased items. We will inform you of this information via email after you add items to your cart or submit your order. *Delivery times are only estimates provided by the carrier and are for reference only. (All shipping costs and delivery destinations are subject to change without notice.)

International order delivery will depend on the destination.

Order Inquiries:

Your tracking number will be displayed as a link in the order confirmation email. You can also click the "Order History" tab after logging in to your account. If you cannot locate your package, please email webmaster@vetalo.us.

Change of Shipping Address:

Once you place your order, the shipping information cannot be changed. We cannot modify the shipping address after the order confirmation has been sent. Please note that while we work with the carrier to resolve address issues whenever possible, we will not be responsible for any delays, costs, or other shipping problems that arise from errors in your shipping information. If such errors result in the order being refused, lost, or damaged, we cannot provide any form of refund or replacement. If an error causes the order to be returned to us, you may be responsible for any associated shipping and handling fees.

International Shipping:

We recommend using a courier service to ship the products you ordered. Your rights regarding product delivery will be governed by the terms and conditions of the chosen courier, which can be provided upon request. By choosing our recommended courier, you agree to authorize them to handle all aspects of delivery on your behalf. We are not responsible for any actions or errors by such couriers.
