Using Freight Forwarders

We will recommend freight forwarders to ship products you order from this website. By choosing our recommended freight forwarder, you agree that (i) your rights regarding product delivery will be governed by the terms and conditions of that freight forwarder (which can be read upon request), and (ii) we will handle all aspects of delivery on your behalf with such freight forwarders. We are not responsible for any actions or omissions of the freight forwarder you choose. We hereby disclaim any liability, and you assume all risks and responsibilities associated with using the chosen freight forwarder.

Alternatively, you are free to choose other delivery services or any other freight forwarders for delivery. If you wish to use a freight forwarder other than our recommendation, please contact our customer service representative. If you choose your own freight forwarder, delivery times may be longer and additional charges may apply.

Product Names, Documentation, and Import Fees

When VETALO sends an order to the selected freight forwarder, ownership of all products will immediately transfer to the purchaser, and all purchasers outside the United States will be considered the importers of such products. VETALO will deliver the products according to the buyer's instructions. For goods shipped to any jurisdiction outside the United States, the purchaser may be required to pay customs duties, obtain permits, or apply for any licenses/approvals related to the purchased products in accordance with local laws and regulations. Any such obligations and/or regulations are governed by the relevant local authorities, and VETALO has no control over any of the aforementioned costs or regulations. VETALO is not responsible for such obligations, costs, fees, or any related license or approval applications. By completing an order on this website, you agree to the above terms and are responsible for any such obligations, costs, fees, or applications for any related licenses or approvals as required by local laws and regulations. If an order is refused or otherwise returned to VETALO by local customs, you shall pay VETALO 15% of the product purchase price as compensation. VETALO does not guarantee that all its products or their packaging comply with all applicable laws and regulations of all destinations; the purchaser/importer assumes all such legal liabilities.

Governing Law and Severability

The terms and conditions described herein and other notices and statements published on this website are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, and each part of these documents shall apply within its permitted scope. Any portion that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall be invalid only to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability in that jurisdiction. This does not invalidate the remainder of the corresponding documents or affect the validity or enforceability of that portion in any other jurisdiction.
